Our vision is very clear and the team is focused and is experienced. The team has on hand experience of designing and delivering the project within prescribed time limit. We have our own well developed and monitored quality and safety policy which we adhere at all stages of execution, this is the reason we are able to deliver quality products and backup support to our valued customers.

Quality Assurance

  • Controls on supplies
  • In process Quality Control & Stage Inspection
  • Testing of finished products
• This is possible using a structured Quality System Manual and a Quality Procedure Manual, which is available at all levels within the Company.
• The Purchasing Procedures ensures that suppliers of raw materials are Identified and continually monitored to guarantee reliable component/raw Material sourcing.
  
  Constant inspections are done at supplier sites to reinforce this.
  
  
• Life expectancy of finished case goods from Al Mayzan is too strong.
• Process controls, inspection and testing form part of the continuous product monitoring & quality assurance system. Stringent tests are conducted to control non-confirming products & systems are in place to ensure corrective and preventive action.
• If product suffers from minor quality problems, the item is reworked and corrected to acceptable client standards. If major quality problems are encountered, the item is remade completely, to ensure total customer satisfaction.
